Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition

For health and safety reasons, used smoking accessories cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Refunds are issued after returned merchandise has been inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
